Nathan and his team were professional from start to finish. Great communication with times of being at the property and felt the whole thing ran very smoothly. The garden is unrecognisable, would recommend to anyone! We went for the fake grass option (he had about 10 to choose from!!) unlike another company who showed us only 3. Nathan was great at keeping in touch, checking information with me and providing updates. We had a couple of small delays because of bad weather and late deliveries, but it was no problem as the team always let me know. I was sometimes at home while they were working, but sometimes in the office, so left them the key and they got on with it. They were hard working, didn’t mind me asking questions and offered advice when there was something I wasn’t sure about. It was a tricky job as I’m in a maisonette with no side access, so everything had to be carried through my home, but they were careful, covered the floors and didn’t leave a mess. The work quality is really good and they offered to pop back if there was anything I noticed after the job was finished. It was a high quality finish and I’m really pleased.
